Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to your use of RaffleAd during its Alpha stage, including the public waitlist, private testing areas, account features, adverts, reward mechanics, and any raffle or prize functionality made available for testing.
1. Alpha-stage platform
RaffleAd is currently in Alpha. Features may be experimental, incomplete, changed, paused, or removed while we test and improve the platform.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Alpha, participation in raffles, or eligibility for prizes.
2. Free access and entries
RaffleAd is designed around a free route to participation. Where raffle features are available, no purchase should be required to enter or win.
Some features may allow additional entries through voluntary ad engagement, milestone rewards, bonus entries, or other Alpha mechanics. Entry limits and rules may vary during testing.
3. Voluntary advertising
RaffleAd explores voluntary, reward-driven advertising. You should choose when to engage with participating advertising experiences.
Advert availability, reward availability, and technical delivery may vary during Alpha testing.
4. Fair use
You must not attempt to manipulate entries, bypass advert requirements, use bots, create duplicate accounts, abuse promotions, or interfere with platform operation.
We may restrict access, remove entries, void activity, or pause accounts where we reasonably believe abuse, fraud, or technical manipulation has occurred.
5. Raffles, draws, and prizes
Where raffle functionality is available, valid entries are intended to be treated equally in the relevant draw.
Prize availability, winner checks, eligibility requirements, and fulfilment processes may be refined during Alpha. We may need to verify winners before confirming or sending any prize.
6. Eligibility
Alpha participation and raffle participation may be limited by age, location, account status, testing group, technical requirements, or legal restrictions.
Unless stated otherwise, raffle participation is intended for UK residents aged 18 or over.
7. Accounts and access
Some areas of RaffleAd remain private during Alpha and may be protected by authentication or access controls.
You are responsible for using your account honestly and keeping access secure.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as RaffleAd develops. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
